With the completion of the new entrance plaza, the final phase of redesign for the Timonium Corporate Center has now been realized. The phased redevelopment of this 10 story office complex includes a new Main Lobby, Upper Lobbies, Exterior Entrance and Entry Plaza. All projects were designed by GVA for Hill Management.
August 2019
Construction has wrapped up on renovations to Galleria Towers office building and entrance plaza in Lutherville, MD. The new design detaches the 8-story office tower from the adjacent retail strip providing for a more distinct identity. The project is further enhanced by a completely new program of hardscaping and landscaping as well as retooled facade treatments to energize and simplify the entrance sequence.
February 2019
GVA has begun the design of the Phase Two portion of the Maryland Whole Seafood Market tenant space renovations in Jessup, Maryland. The alterations to the facility will upgrade and modernize the existing tenant interiors and provide for more leasing flexibility for the Maryland Food Center Authority.
January 2019
Construction of the Rosedale Federal Headquarters Annex in Perry Hall, MD has been completed. The two story addition increases their office and support space by 12,000 s.f. and consolidates staff housed at peripheral locations. The facility expands the corporate campus location to 32,400 total s.f. GVA master-planned and designed the entire campus.
September 2018
The Mount Airy Historical Society has moved into their new home located in the historic Mount Airy Train Station. GVA was the architect for the renovation of the building interiors which also house a pharmacy. The original station building was designed by noted architect, E. Francis Balwin in 1875. Baldwin designed many significant B&O facilities including The Roundhouse that houses the B&O Railroad Museum and the B&O Warehouse at Camden Yards Stadium, both in Baltimore.
